Glaze Family Update + A New Favorite Product WaterWipes

Four kids, I have four kids! Sometimes (well, every day if I’m being honest) I have to remind myself that I have FOUR kids to be responsible for. If I’m not forgetting to keep an eye on my mischievous 2-year-old, then I’m walking out the door for dinner without dropping a jar of baby food into my bag. (Fries for dinner never hurt anyone, right? That’s what Mr. August survives on once a week at least.) Life as a parent can be chaotic sometimes. #thisisparenthood Thank God my two older kiddos are basically self-sufficient otherwise we would never be able to leave the house. Being responsible for four other human beings (Sometimes five if my husband is in town, am I right ladies?) is so hard!

But you know what else comes with raising four little humans? Love. So much freaking love. Love that will make even the Grinch’s heart explode. I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated all of you on our life (sooo many changes going on around here), but that is because I needed some time to just soak in the love. I didn’t want to spend all day sitting at my computer, sharing my feelings on life, marriage, and motherhood, encouraging everyone else to get out there and enjoy life, without taking some time to enjoy it myself. So I did, I took time, I enjoyed and am still enjoying, It’s with a new refreshed feeling that I think I am ready to start sharing a little bit again.

I am going to dive into parenting a big family, homeschooling, and starting over in a new state. I know a bunch of you are curious about those topics because you’ve been asking me, so keep an eye out for those posts coming soon. Today though, I want to get my feet wet by sharing with you a new product that I have found and am in love with, WaterWipes. Have you tried these yet? WaterWipes are amazing!

Many of you know that our 5-year-old son Monroe was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis almost 2 years ago. At that point, we declined medical intervention and instead decided to seek alternative treatment options. The very first thing we tried was a diet change and it worked! We cut (more like limited because hello, he’s five, let’s be realistic) dairy and gluten from his diet. Within a few months, we had a whole new, much healthier child on our hands. It was amazing. The only reason I even thought to try a more natural path to healing is that early in my motherhood years, I was introduced to the concept of being a “crunchy mom” and since then I’ve always tried to choose the most natural options for our entire household.

This brings me to WaterWipes. With just TWO simple ingredients, you can be sure you are using a fantastic product on your little one’s skin. WaterWipes are the world’s purest baby wipes, containing 99.9% water and just a drop of fruit extract, which is a natural skin conditioner, making them perfect for baby’s sensitive skin.  WaterWipes earned the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance. WaterWipes are even suitable for newborns and premature baby’s delicate and sensitive skin, That all sounds pretty awesome to me.

So if you are like me and you are on a clear (but far from perfect) crunchy mom path or if you are not ready to call yourself crunchy, but you are interested in making a few small changes towards a more natural lifestyle at home, WaterWipes are the perfect addition to your daily routine.

For all of my Canadian readers, WaterWipes wants you to know that they are available for you at Walmart all across Canada. Specifically, in the west, they are available at Real Canadian Superstore. Be sure to grab a pack next time you are out shopping.

Like I said. I will be back with more soon so keep an eye out.

Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose.

Disclosure: I have participated in a paid partnership with WaterWipes. Opinions in this post are my own.
