#TorontoBloggersSoiree

There is nothing like a good “girls night out,” am I right? After moving to Toronto, I had no group of girlfriends to turn to when I needed a break and that was definitely hard on me. I fiercely missed my group of girlfriends, girl talk, and the uncontrollable laughter that always goes hand and hand with a good night out. But after months of feeling lonely and out of place here in Toronto, I received an invitation for an amazing opportunity to attend #TorontoBloggersSoiree and I don’t think I could have said, “Yes, I’ll be there,” any faster!

The night couldn’t have been more beautiful! Thanks to the amazing sponsors, Minted and Tonic Blooms, the table was gorgeous.

The dinner was hands down my favorite meal ever. I have honestly never had fresh made pasta before and it was so good, I would have eaten the whole bowl without any sauce. And dessert? The most amazing chocolate mousse I have ever tasted. Would you expect anything less from a contestant on Master Chef Canada?

The swag bags were a great treat to top off the night. Not every girls night ends with free earrings, make-up, macarons, and a bunch of other goodies,  but this one did! Let’s just call that blogger perks. 😉

I can’t thank Christine from Amidst the Chaos enough for the invitation. I had a much needed girls night out, I made some fantastic connections with other blogger women in Toronto, and I had the chance to giggle the night away with a bunch of women I now consider my friends. I cannot wait for the next one and if you are in the Toronto area, I would love to see you there!
